Here is a short sample of the “Getting Ready” part of a bride and groom’s day. It’s great when we can work with you for en entire 12 hour plus day. This gives us, and you, more footage to work with in the edit suite.

Sorry, dinosaurs not included!

Glidecam On Set!

All of my 2008 wedding have been delivered and I’m super busy taking 2009-11 bookings right now, but I’ve got some time to participate in cool projects that I could only dream of being able to take on during the busy wedding seasons.

Here I am on set of the music video “Lie Down” for the charming-as-they-sound Toronto folk group The Good Lovelies.

The thing I love the most about this video are the in-camera tricks (you’ll have to see the video). I’ve done a lot of work in the special effects world and it’s so nice to see the Director Richard have fun with the camera and the band.

Here is a link to the youtube version, don’t forget to press the “High Quality” button of course!

I came across this blog post and wanted to share. If you’re into graphic design (like me) and unique typography (like me) and weddings (like you & me if you’re reading this blog) then you will find this story very interesting.

Talk about Total Branding! The invites, the program, the minister’s book-sleeve, and even the rings all shared the awesome little pixel-flower logo.

I would have loved to work on this one and done some motion graphics for their video.

If there are any engaged graphic designers reading this … give me a call! :)
