I meet a lot of sweet couples with my job, and it’s a genuine privilege to meet a super awesome couple like these two. Their relationship has grown since high school, and they’ve grown stronger and more in love than ever. It shows in this video. What an adorable couple!

A popular modern option with some premium wedding filmmakers is the Same Day Edit (SDE), which can be a remarkably dramatic and tearful addition to your wedding reception. Imagine the surprise on your guests faces when they see a montage of the day, offering a behind-the-scenes tour of everything from the makeup, hair, groom, ceremony and reception.

Based on our portfolio, Julia and Steven felt we were up to the task and trusted us with our first SDE, and judging from the response of her guests we delivered beyond everyones expectations, including our own very high standards.

I’d like to thank my crew Adrian and JT for their professionalism and patience through the day.

This was a lovely multi-denominational service at the Le Méridien King Edward followed by photos at Osgoode Hall in Toronto.

Here is an example of a couple who chose to shoot the wedding first, then do the editing later. Doing it this way, they were able to spread the costs involved in documenting the day over several months. This is another way all of us at DWV try to be as creative and flexible as possible.

Sari & Shane are a real awesome couple. We met at another wedding I was shooting at the Royal Ashburn and we hooked up for their wedding only four weeks later!

I’ve seen other videographers tackle the famed Randolph Treeland Parkette at Fantasy Farm, with the 100 foot wooden staircase descending into the matrimonial grotto. It’s a right of passage for Toronto wedding videographers, and especially thrilling with a full Glidecam rig. You can see a few seconds of the descent in this montage. I didn’t trip, and got some stunning footage after the fact. Mission: accomplished!

The bubble shot at 1:08 is just awesome!!!

The day was a beautiful end to a busy season; thanks to Sari & Shane for their enthusiasm and big smiles!
